The room has cold A/C, fast wife, furnished with a desk and chair, and queen-sized bed. 110v and 220v power. There are shared spaces for you, including a large, fully equipped kitchen, and the laundry area has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a luxurious feel with a leather sofa and ceiling fans. The verandah has views of the beach.

Bring a roommate and get 2 rooms for $1400 per month.

Ceiling fans in every room with cold A/C and fast Wifi in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, LG fridge, and stove, real hardwood floors throughout and the bed is SO comfortable with a 14” mattress! You can relax and enjoy the beach view from the verandah whilst you read or eat, or work out!

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with it’s own key. The large kitchen, laundry facilities, verandah, and living room are shared, and you can use them anytime that you want!

This rental is for students. The cost is $800 per month plus Electricity. Book one month and we can set up a lease for the remainder of your term. If you have a friend you would like to rent with, We will provide 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for $1,400 a month total (plus electricity.)

There is some construction at the rear of the property that may create some noise between 8 am and 4 pm Monday – Friday.

Kayaks are available for guest use on the beach free of charge
